30-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused physical items in their original condition and Atelier packaging (velvet pouch and curatorial note card).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and clear photos of the item.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your piece arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect SKU was sent, we cover the return shipping label or issue a complimentary replacement/full refund.

• Change of Mind / Preference: For returns due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping postage.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Digital Editions (including the 4K Museum & Personal Cosmos Print Pack and the 1909 Major Arcana Reflective Journal PDF) are delivered instantly via digital download and are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience any file issue, we will gladly re-send your download link.

REFUND TIMING & NATURAL STONE NOTE

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return inspection. Natural variations in genuine mineral grain, subtle ice-cracks, or organic color zoning are hallmarks of authentic stone and are not considered manufacturing defects.
